I have 2 displays, one in my 20 inch imac and one secondary dell. Most dell monitors have support for one DVI channel and one VGA one. I have my dell monitor so that it can switch between my mac (DVI) and my PC (DVI to VGA adapter), and it works great. Only unfortunate thing is that I can’t get synergy to work on both my mac and PC, but it’s fine.

depends on the size of the monitor…
If you have 1920×1080 on a 17″ or on a 50″ there is a huge difference in pixel size. The same goes with 2560×1600

Nice! Mostly because it was a Mac. Of course it damaged the hardware, however as many CRT tubes require several kV to operate the tube it’s self might’ve worked, provided you only charged the ‘spider’ where the charge enters the front of the screen, and not the neck as that would’ve probably mangled the guns and heater. Lol.
